Today, I:

• finished the Ruby roadmap on roadmap.sh, leaning on the AI tutor to explain every concept concisely — even after 8 years of Ruby, going through it helped me review and consolidate what is essential to know in the language
• built an AI prompt for teaching me a codebase by generating documentation in a chapter-based book format — turned out very useful
• watched a Légende interview with positive-psychology specialist Florence Servan-Schreiber on the science of happiness and daily techniques to feel better — Professeur de bonheur: is happiness genetic, and how to be happier
• watched Hello Interview's breakdown of message queues for system design interviews — Message Queues in System Design Interviews w/ Meta Staff Engineer
